We are looking for an experienced YouTube video editor to help grow our channel by producing high-quality, engaging videos. The role involves editing raw footage, optimizing content for YouTube, adding intros/outros, captions, and thumbnails, and ensuring videos are ready for upload.

Scope of Work:
Edit raw video footage into engaging YouTube-ready videos
Add intros, outros, lower-thirds, and text overlays
Sync audio, improve sound quality, and remove background noise
Apply color grading and visual enhancements
Add background music or sound effects where necessary
Optimize videos for YouTube (resolution, format, length)
Create simple animated thumbnails (optional but preferred)

Requirements:
Proven experience editing content for YouTube channels
Skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Knowledge of YouTube best practices (SEO-friendly titles, captions, etc.)
Creative storytelling skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and follow briefs

Deliverables:
5–15 minute YouTube videos (or as specified per project)
Final edited files in MP4 or other upload-ready formats
Optional: Thumbnail images for videos
